Joint EAN – MediPIET Drinks & Dinner, Madrid, 11 July 2019

Dear EAN member,
MediPIET, the Mediterranean and Black Sea Programme for Intervention Epidemiology Training, has just started the 3rd Cohort of fellows and is hosting the Introductory Course in Intervention Epidemiology in Madrid from 8 to 19 July 2019.
During this 2-week module, 14 fellows and 7 external participants from 16 countries (Albania, Algeria, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Egypt, Georgia, Jordan, Kosovo, Lebanon, Libya, Moldova, Montenegro, Morocco, North Macedonia, Palestine, Serbia, Tunisia and Ukraine) will meet to learn more about Field Epidemiology, get to know each other, share experiences and make new friends.
And many EAN members and EPIET Alumni will be facilitating the course, helping participants get better acquainted with the principles of Intervention Epidemiology.
In order to support interaction between MediPIET fellows and EAN members and to expand our network, we are organizing a joint EAN-MediPIET joint Drinks & Dinner event in beautiful Madrid on Thursday 11 July 2019 at 19:30 hrs in the restaubar Nouba, a lovely open air place situated inside the park of Jardines de San Fernando in the north parts of Madrid.
If you live or happen to be in Madrid this day, come and join us for some drink and tapas! You'll get to meet the new MediPIET fellows, facilitators and scientific coordinators (you may even know some!) and you'll certainly have some fun!
