The WHO infodemic management team are conducting a survey on the use of social media analysis for public health and we would love your thoughts! Regardless of how much you use social media analysis, whether it’s a massive part of your job, or just a small bit, we would really appreciate you taking the time to complete our survey to help us better understand how we plan, support and use social media analysis tools and capacities to promote health.

The survey should take about 10 minutes and is open to anyone who has used / is using social media analysis for a public health purpose since the start of 2020.

The survey results will help us define the gaps and strengths of current commercial and free tools and processes that are used by analysts when analyzing social media for public health insights.

Please feel free to also forward this email and the survey link (https://extranet.who.int/dataformv3/index.php/748239?lang=ento) to your colleagues and your networks of collaborators who analyze social media for health, and encourage them to share within their own networks as well.

Please let us know at infodemicmanagement@who.int if you have any questions and thank you for this help!
