2015 EAN General Assembly

You are cordially invited to join us for the 2015 EAN General Assembly, taking place from 18:00 - 20:00, on Wednesday 11 November in a Room (TBC) at the ESCAIDE conference (Stockholm Waterfront Congress Venue).

We strongly encourage applications from you for these positions - being on the board is a great way to become more closely involved with the network and to shape its future - and it's a lot of fun, too! More information on these positions can be found in the attached document. Deadline for receiving applications (eanboard@gmail.com) is the beginning of the 2015 GA. You can send us a small description of yourself motivating people to vote for you! We will also invite your to present yourself @ the GA, when nominations are announced!
Please note that this year, voting will be via the website only. This means active members (i.e. members who are up to date with their membership fees) will be able to vote, anonymously, for the first time (since we a small enough group to use paper). If you're not sure you're up to date with your membership fees and would like to vote, do visit epietalumni.net and the site will let you know when your membership is due, and even facilitate your membership payment via PayPal.
The Voting will begin immediately after the end of the GA 20.00 CET on Wednesday 11 November 2015 and will close at 20.00 CET on Thursday 12 November 2015.
There will be a dedicated Poll in the Private Poll section, inside Members' Area in our webpage. Only Active members will have access to this poll.
Current fellows - please note that, although you are not yet eligible to vote, we would still very much encourage you to attend the GA so that we can meet you and welcome you personally, and so that you can get to know more about the EAN and what it does. Many of the things we will discuss will be directly relevant to you, so we'd be very happy to see you there!
Lastly, please find attached the EAN statutes, which underwent minor amendments following the General Assembly, board meeting in April 2015 and subsequent member vote in summer. We look forward to seeing many of you in a few short weeks.
