What are the EAN webinars:
- A free interactive platform
- Provides a virtual space for professional development, sharing experiences and fostering collaborations among EAN members including alumni and current fellows from the EPIET/EUPHEM and affiliated programmes
- Our aim is to maintain and continue to strengthen this amazing network
EAN webinars format:
- Delivery through an online platform (Webex)
- Approximate duration of 1h including time for presentation and discussion
- The EAN Board hosts and chairs the webinar
- Presenters are able to share their screen to allow both audio and video presentations
- Attendees are able to place questions and items for discussion at the end of the presentation
What topics EAN Webinars cover:
- Have an informal and interactive platform able to cover a wide range of topic areas and types of presentations
- EAN members are able to present themselves or suggest presenters/topics for future webinars
- Sessions are in a topic related to epidemiology, public health microbiology or any other relevant area
- The presentations could be about scientific topics of interest to the Network, recent experiences, new methods and tools, finalised projects or projects at development stage
Who are the EAN webinars for:
- Currently available only for EAN members with active membership and fellows
- If you would like to join or renew your membership, please contact us or visit our website
The EAN webinar invites are sent via email and include:
- Details about the webinar topic/presenter
- Link to register (registration required in order to receive Webex details)
- Link to document on how to join a Webex meeting

Present and suggest future EAN Webinars!
The EAN Board would like to make this initiative as inclusive as possible and therefore we would like to request both alumni and fellows to actively participate by suggesting topics/presenters for future webinars. This includes presenting your own work, project, research or experiences.
